With the recent announcement of a Star Wars land coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios near Orlando, Florida, it seems that the popularity and excitement for the new Star Wars movie is at an all time high.
Adding to the excitement is Force Friday on September 4, 2015. On this day, a multitude of Star Wars themed merchandise is being released all on the same day, from Cover Girl’s Star Wars cosmetics line to Kohl’s massive collection of Star Wars merchandise. Target is in on the action, too, launching over 300 new products from The Force Awakens.
Select stores (207 of them) are going to be open late until 12:01 a.m. on Force Friday – very much like a Black Friday event. Early guests at Target just after midnight will get a fun Star Wars giveaway and a chance to win a 4-foot tall Chewbacca.
Visit www.Target.com/StarWars to find select stores that will be open.
Don’t want to be up at 12 a.m. on a school night? Don’t worry. Saturday, September 5 will have special events starting at 11 a.m. at Target stores, including photos ops, giveaways, and demos of Star Wars toys.
Save some cash by using the coupons in this week’s Target ad, or text to receive coupons by phone. Text FORCE10 ($10 coupon off $50 or more of Star Wars merchandise) or FORCE25 ($25 coupon off $100 or more of Star Wars merchandise) to TARGET.
