A new pizza restaurant opened in Kissimmee, Florida near The Loop. Not just a standard pizza restaurant, this one has some really great reasons for stopping in and indulging at MidiCi The Neopolitan Pizza Company.
First, there are currently only TWO MidiCi restaurants in the U.S. (the other being Los Angeles) where you can enjoy these amazing pizzas.
Second, MidiCi The Neopolitan Pizza Company is a brand new pizza concept from the founder of Menchie’s, the frozen yogurt brand.
Third, all of their ingredients are Non-GMO. I love that!!!!!! No genetically modified organisms in the food, yet at a price point to make you smile! For me, I notice that when I eat Non-GMO bread products, I don’t feel full and disgusting afterwards. Know what I mean? So I walked out pleasantly full, not feeling bloated and nasty.
Finally – the food at MidiCi The Neopolitan Pizza Company. You choose your pizza (they have what feels like a book of choices) and customize it with additional add-ons if you’d like. The pizza is made right in front of you and cooked in 90 seconds in one of two huge ovens central to the kitchen.
Kind of like Chipotle, for pizza.
There are other options, too, including an array of appetizers, salads, and desserts that are delicious. Plus wine and beer.
After you’ve ordered, take a seat – consider the chic outdoor patio or a seat under the olive tree growing inside – and wait for your food to be quickly brought out.

Even the sodas and water get a little something extra special with a range of flavored add-ins if you’d like.

Signature Nutella Calzone with Fresh Berries
Signature Neopolitan dough, light, thin, soft and chewy, baked fresh with Nutella, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries and strawberries (I chose just the strawberries) hidden inside, topped with a hint of balsamic reduction, and shaved coconut
The Drowning Gelato
Gourmet Italian vanilla gelato, drowning in espresso
Sounds weird, but be sure to check out the bathrooms at MidiCi while you are there 😉 They are decorated by a French designer with a whole lot of ooh la la. You’ll just have to see them to believe it!
